We are committed to delivering high-quality results with our clear aligner system. This money-back guarantee
policy ensures your satisfaction and confidence in our treatment. If specific outcomes are not met or adjustments
are required, the following terms apply:

 

1.Performance Guarantee

  • If the patient needs adjustments to achieve the desired smile, we’ll provide free additional aligners at no extra cost.
  • If, despite following the treatment plan, you don’t get the promised results, you may be eligible for a refund of up
    to ₹50,000. The refund amount depends on your treatment plan and the number of aligners prescribed.
  • For instance, if your treatment plan includes 20 aligner sets, you could be eligible for a refund of up to ₹15,000
    under our Money-Back Guarantee. Similarly, if a teen is prescribed 60 aligner sets, they may qualify for a
    refund of ₹50,000.

 

2.Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • A refund will be issued if the following conditions are met:
  • The patient achieves less than 80% alignment correction as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • A dentist certifies treatment failure after two rounds of corrective aligner adjustments.
  • The treatment was completed within the last 30 days, and retainer therapy has not yet started.
  • The patient must have fully completed the treatment plan, worn the aligners for 20-22 hours per day,
    and followed all other guidelines provided by the dental clinical team.

 

3.Eligibility Criteria for Refund or Free Aligners

  • Patients must use our Dental Monitoring Device to capture and send weekly photos of their teeth during treatment.
  • Full compliance with remote monitoring and all instructions given by the dentist is mandatory.
  • Non-compliance with these requirements voids the guarantee.

 

4.Maximum Refund

  • The maximum refund limit is ₹50,000.
  • Any costs beyond this, including accessories or additional dental services, are not covered.
  • Conditions for Additional Aligners: Patients demonstrating consistent compliance with monitoring and
    use of aligners will qualify for additional aligners at no charge.

 

  1. Reporting Issues
    If you are unsatisfied with the progress, notify our customer support team within 14 days of noticing an issue.
  2. Treatment Review
    A thorough review of treatment adherence, Dental Monitoring Device submissions, and dentist evaluations
    will be conducted.
  3. Decision Timeline
    Refund will be processed within 20 business days after receiving complete documentation.

 

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover:
Cases of patient non-compliance.
Cosmetic concerns unrelated to alignment issues.
Injuries, accidents, or unrelated dental problems during treatment.
